May 2015 Loot Crate Review: UNITE!
Loot Crate is a monthly geek and gamer swag subscription box. Each month they send 6 to 8 handpicked items for $13.37 plus $6 shipping and handling. Each box are guaranteed to have a value of $30 or more. The box is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and most times arrive in about 2 days which is very awesome.
The theme for May is Unite. You'll find items from Power Rangers, Marvel, and Bravest Warriors. Heres what i received from Loot Crate this month:
EXCLUSIVE Green Ranger T-Shirt: Now this is an awesome shirt, its the green ranger and the white ranger combined as one. I love the designs of the weapons and the detail on everything. Estimated retail cost for the shirt is $15.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron Car Decal: I will most likely give this one away since I don’t want to play any decals on my car, especially of the Avengers. I rather have something like a Horde or Blizzard logo. But for any Avengers fan, I can see how this could be awesome for them. Estimated retail cost for the decal is $5.
EXCLUSIVE Team Fortress 2 Button Set: I haven’t gotten around to playing this, I know I know it came out in like 2007. I’m getting there. The buttons are cute at least, my favorite is the Unicorn. Estimated retail cost for the buttons are $5.
EXCLUSIVE Bravest Warriors Tales from the Holo John #1: I love me some Bravest Warriors and comic books. This one included a pin-up post so thats awesome. Estimated retail cost for the comic is $5.
Marvel Super Heroes Ice Tray: I am going to use this like crazy, coffee marvel ice cubes, mmmm! Estimated retail cost for the cubes are $12.
EXCLUSIVE MAD Magazine Loot Crate Edition: I had no idea MAD was still around! Apparently this was made just for Looters so maybe you cannot purchase this out in retail stores. Estimated retail cost for the magazine is $5.
EXCLUSIVE Marvel Sneaker Laces: These would have been perfect for my future Marvel shoes but the only issue I have with the ones I got were that they were the black and white print instead of the super colored one. You can barely tell what it is without having to stick your face in my foot. So if anyone out there wants to trade let me know. Estimated retail cost for the laces are $5.
EXCLUSIVE Rick and Morty 300-piece Jigsaw Puzzle: I do love me some puzzle action. Maybe I can frame this up when its done. Estimated retail cost for the puzzle is $5.
Themed Button: Button Swag, at least they decided to keep this in for the collection.
